Chapter 11 Case
11 of the bankruptcy code allows a corporation or partnership to reorganize
its business. In Chapter 11, the company being reorganized, called the
Debtor, files a number of schedules detailing their assets, liabilities,
debts, and other obligations. A bar date is established, determining when
Creditors must submit their claims. Once this date has passed and claims
against the estate are known, a Plan is formulated. After being approved
by various stakeholders, this Plan allows the company to exit bankruptcy.
Mutual's Chapter 11 case was filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court,
District of Delaware. Hororable Mary F. Walrath presides over the Case
